Current Vacancies 

Nursery Manager - Full time - 40 hours per week - £35,360 per annum 

  • Full and Relevant Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years Childcare. 
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a management role within an early years setting. 
  • Strong emphasis on supporting staff and a genuine passion for leading outstanding early years provision. 
  • Strong understanding of EYFS framework, Montessori practice, Ofsted requirements and budgeting, including managing funding
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding, child protection, and the wider legislative requirements for working with children 
  • Ability to build trust and strong working relationships with both colleagues and parents 
  • Full and clean driving license for attendance of meetings and training days (desirable) 

 

Deputy Manager  - Part time 20 - 25 hours per week - £16,640 - £20,800 per annum 

  • Full and Relevant Level 3 or above in Early Years Childcare 
  • Previous experience in management working within a early years setting 
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Send practices 
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding, child protection, and the wider legislative requirements for working with children
  • Strong emphasis on supporting staff and a genuine passion for leading outstanding early years provision
  • Ability to build trust and strong working relationships with both colleagues and parents 
  • Strong understanding of EYFS framework, Montessori practice, Ofsted requirements and invoicing 
  • Must have the ability to take full control of the setting in the managers absence
  • Full and clean driving license for attendance of meetings and training days (desirable) 

Level 3 Early Years Educator

Full time - 38 - 40 hours per week - £24,534. - £25,812 per annum (Subject to age) 

  • Full and Relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare 
  • Previous experience in a similar setting with the ability to adapt practice to meet the ages of children across the setting 
  • You must be able to create a warm, nurturing and patient environment 
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS and confident in planning meaningful, developmentally appropriate experience using your own initiative  
  • You must have excellent communication skills, and be attentive and observant, being able to identify learning opportunities, complete observations and provide well written, child centred developmental reports with the ability to spot and address any developmental concerns 
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection practices 
  • Strong knowledge and ability to provide a safe and secure environment, identifying and addressing any health & safety concerns
